Cook on low for about 4 ~ 5 hours (depending on how thick your pork belly is. Then bake on 425 for about 25~30 minutes.

For my belly, i use salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and ginger powder on both sides. I also put a layer of diced garlic on the fat side and roll so the fat is on the inside of the roll.

I also only have the one soy sauce, so i use 1200 ml of the one. Aloha shoyu is the best in the US. I get it from Amazon since i don't live in Hawaii anymore

Chinese 5 spice is involved. So, in a way, yes, cinnamon is rolled into this.
