It's June 17th (Or I'm extremely delusional).

Edit: Ah I get the logic now. I have seen one other version of this where Albert knows the day and Bernard knows the Month. My explanation makes sense with that answer.

But I missed the part of the question that switches their roles and it is possible when they're switched:

If Albert knows the month and knows that Bernard can't know when the birthday is, that means that the Month has to be July or August because May and June both have unique days which are not repeated anywhere else. The only way Albert could know for sure that Bernard didn't have the answer would be if the month did not contain any unique days since those would immediately give Bernard the answer.

After hearing Albert's statement, Bernard knows that the month must either be in July or August. He knows the date and there is only one date that both of those months have in common: The 14th.

He proclaims that he now knows the date. That means the date must be July 16th because if it was the 14th he wouldn't be able to tell the month.

Except that it can also be August 15th or August 17th because the same is true for those dates so this question can suck it because it's STILL wrong, wronger than me!
