For those of you who have played the "Twisted Metal" games, the live action is pretty fun. I run a blacksmith/specialty shop and sometimes I get to put things in the movies. This is Sweet Tooth threatening Anthony Mackie. I got to make that sword!
Here's the blade before "age and dirt" treatment. Made of 7075 T6 aluminum and pecan wood handle. Not exactly high end knife making but how fun!
This little hatchet is one of mine too. I never get told exactly how they are used so its cool to see them pop up as Im watching the show.
They needed "little axes" with "junk" on them. I get to do some pretty awesome stuff. I was recently nominated (in proxy at least) for the Prop Master's Guild "McGuffin Award". I love these fun diversions from real work.

It's a great show. The finale in season 1 was awesome ("Heard you got a beef with Stone!" "Beef? I got a whole butcher shop") and season 2 is really good two. New episodes tomorrow I think

This show has no right to be as good as it is. It's funny, full of action, and the actors, the costume, set, and yes, weapon designers, did an amazing job all around. I'm hyped for the next episodes!

Fun Fact, that's not technically "Sweet Tooth"; that's the name of his ice cream truck! The character's name is Needles Kane, at least in the lore. Great job on the weapons, by the way! That junky machete is nasty and I love it! :D

Season 2 we shot up here in Toronto Canada. And season 3 looks like it’s coming back here too. I was trying to figure out who you were. Until you mentioned season 1. Cause in 2. We made most of the weapons in house.

I only have limited knowledge from twisted metal on ps1 and twisted metal black on ps2. Really enjoyed the show though, seeing familiar cars and characters. Hoping the show keeps doing well.

So, they laughably rely on me as an "expert". They give me the basics and I make stuff from there. Sometimes it hits, sometimes not and we just narrow it as we go

When preggers with my son 25 years ago, I'd play a lot of video games because I felt so round. I remember playing twisted metal and when the show came out I was so excited. It is (to me) even better than I could have imagined. Hilarious and weird, and the costumes and props are fantastic!
