Not everyone lives in America - it is illegal in most of Europe for the primary product you are selling - for instance the Motor oil could be used if you were selling pancakes - but the pancakes must be the real deal
Most of this stuff would be illegal in the US. Having the ramiken in the soup would be fine but the rest wouldn't be. And really isn't needed. I work for a pizza chain and work closely with marketing as part of my job. When they shoot for ads, they have a professional chef hand make a couple dozen pizzas. They always use extra cheese and they shoot them the MOMENT they come out of the oven. No need to use glue and all that when you can just, ya know, take a picture of the real thing.
