You might not know, but Gab.ai is a social media platform similar to Twitter but supporting free speech. That platform is currently fighting for its life as "progressive" forces are trying to shut it down by appealing to DNS and hosting companies.
This was brought on because the Pittsburgh synagogue shooter had an account on the platform and communicated with like-minded people.
If a single user is enough to try to shut down an independent platform like Gab, do you think Twitter is going to face consequences for featuring THIS? Now, I don't think it should. But I don't think Gab deserves any of the flack either.
Thoughts?

Gab doesn't push the narrative. Twitter, on the other hand, will get a pass.

First of all, this is a Buzzfeed article which means little to no research was done and it's mostly speculative.

That could be the work of half a dozen /b/tards using bots.

Fair point. The post is more about Twitter not filtering that away.

Not Twitter's fault any more than it's the gun's fault

So Gab shouldn't be attacked either then, right?

I legit don't know what a Gab is...but I'd it's just a platform and a shitty person said something...then no, imo.

A platform that doesn't censor opinions it doesn't like.
