My tool choice:
Daily - Pilot Plumix - B width nib (others available) fountain pen using standard cartridges

Pilot paralllel - More fancy one - is awsome to write with (Down & UP - classic pen have trouble with the up most of the time) uses special cartidges but you can mix colors from one pen to another and have nice gradients - see bottom ofsecond to last image)

Some good starting practice - mind the fact you need to scale it to the width of the pen nib.
