Weeee! Etch A Sketching at museums is fun. I used to do it more around a decade ago and this NYC trip was the perfect opportunity to dip my toes back into it.
I would have loved to have etched The Starry Night but it was so consistently swarmed that I would have felt bad about camping out in front of it, even if I was only there for 11 minutes. I very intentionally stood a fair distance away from Gustav Klimt's Hope to allow others to pass in front of me, but everyone refused to eclipse my view which was so sweet (but I still felt bad lol).

I just realized the "thing" that was gnawing at me every time I see her content. I felt like I'd seen her before. Just 'something' was there and I couldn't see it until this moment. For some reason, Pee-Wees playhouse, its like she belongs there. So much COLOR and such an amazing attitude, she'd fit right in.
