Hand tooled flasks
Wallets, belts, buckles, Shacklecuffs
This was in the first few months of me selling my leatherwork.
One of the highlights of doing shows, Jason Momoa stopped by and bought a few things.
This is my most recent booth setup at Wizard World in New Orleans.
Beer holsters, flasks and tabasco holsters. Tooled wrist cuffs on the bottom.
Purses, messenger bags, Shacklecuff bracelets and some of my wife's Found-in-Nature bone jewelry.
Wet-molded purses.
Wet-molded sporrans.

Yes, seriously... they're b.s.. You won't have a good time if you just ignore them though.

Protecting small independent artists' intellectual properties means you protect bigger artists as well.

I thiiiiink they work around is that it is a craft item, made by hand not mass produced, sold by the person who made it, so counts has art.
palmo
That's not a workaround. Doing it small time and hush hush no one will stop you. Do it at conventions or advertise it they will

Tabasco holders????? Why?
charliethewizard
I get regular requests to make one for Sriracha as well. No one has put down the money for it yet though.
charliethewizard
Customer's demand it. I received multiple requests from different people so I tried them out.

I'll never downvote a fellow leatherworker, but you better be REALLY careful about licensing and logos and such. Especially at conventions!
charliethewizard
It is a concern I do have. There are a lot of grey areas around enforcement. New ideas are less dependent on it.

Especially HBO and Disney.
