Feeling lonely again on Valentines but I haven't let it break me, I've gone from a 25 a day habit to nothing and I'm still going strong.

I bet it's getting very, stressful! Really, from a smoker, good job - it's the first few days I never can get through!!

Thanks, I've pretty much been scuttling around chewing on the furniture the past few days but hopefully it's going to get easier.

That five - seven days in is the hardest, I quit once and picked them up again.. chewing on pencils was a big help to me, or gum! Good luck!

Good luck. One of the hardest but best things I ever did

Thanks, one of the thinks keeping me going is how it's going to feel once I start seeing the benefits.

Within 48 hours you should notice your sense of taste and smell getting better

Your bank account will show it quickly. Stash what would have been the smokes money and after a year do something great with it.

Eat a couple of cigarettes. You will vomit intensely. The next time you try to smoke, your brain will be trained that its bad for you.

Rather than when you smoke and feel good. 15 year smoker, quit with this method. Good luck!
