I have been a lawful legal immigrant to US since 2013.

The above Visa is being "processed" since 2015 September. USCIS keeps asking me for "Proof of employment" and I keep sending the same set of documents just updated with dates to show I am still employed. 4th time this time. Every 3-6 months. Just to extend my Visa.

I pay taxes. I don't get any Social Security benefits. I am not looking for anything other than letting me work here. My visa decides my fate now. Whether I can plan for my marriage, plan for a decent house for rent, plan for a visit back to my home country, everything else too.

It screws with my concentration.
It screws with my productivity. It even screws with my personal life.

I some how feel this is rigged. Just screaming into the void.

downvote, upvote, do anything I cant really care right now. Just needed to vent.

You're not alone, the people who hold up America on its pedestal of freedom are being systematically eliminated and removed. Canada is nice

Yeah. I'm 3 hours away from Vancouver. I'm thinking about it a lot. But moving with family feels taxing.

Having moved a lot as a result of my dad's jobs, I can say that initially moving kinda sucks but it's worth it to see my dad happier.
