This is Johnathan Davis and his wife Danielle Villa

Jonathan Davis comes from a long line of firefighters. It has always been his dream to become a firefighter. But in 2009 he was diagnosed with stage four brain cancer. The first operation was a success but since then it has come back much stronger. In August 2013, they found it was inoperable.

One of his last wishes.

He spoke to his mother and asked her if she could help him get all of the fire department patches in New York State. Since then his wife, friends, and family have been trying to rally everyone they can into helping his wish come true. Even the governor of the state made a plea on his behalf.

My plea.

I have known his wife for some time now and this whole event breaks my heart. I would like to make a worldwide plea for anyone on imgur across the world to help Jonathan receive patches. I will provide a link with his story (that includes the hospital address you can send patches, well wishes, and other firemen related things to). Even just a card will make his day.
