#7 worked fir a grocery store when I was in my early 20s. We got the new guy to take the electric power jack, outside, down the road a bit and cross the street to the gas station and tell them it meds a tune-up.

#24 This may or may not get noticed, but the koala mocking in memes was started by Australian logging firms to reduce the public's sympathy for the animals, hoping to lower barriers to further destroy their already limited remaining habitats. And the fucked up thing is that it worked. Australian public opinion has become significantly less protective of these animals, which were once a big part of the campaign to protect Australian ancient forests.
Call out capitalist propaganda, I guess.

The other day I found out one of my coworkers doesn't believe in space. Space. He does not believe in it. I do not even understand how you don't believe in space.
TheCriticsWereConciseItOnlyTookFourLines
Well, it has been featured in a lot of fictional TV shows and movies.

It's the same old theme, since 1916
In your head, in your head, they're still fightin'
With their tanks and their bombs and their bombs and their guns
In your head, in your head, they are dyin'

#21 I hate those idiots. "I have to ride on the street bec my bike will be damaged on the bikelane." If you pay a few k on a fancy bike what is not able to ride on bikelanes you just bought a shitty bike. Stop crowding the streets with your egobullshit! Besides that you look ridiculous in your biking clothes.
DressSoxForSnakes
Agree completely. I am legit curious, how do bike lanes damage expensive bikes?
Pokedthebear
I live in a bike friendly area and yes there are some bike lanes not well maintained. Roots are an issue, but far not all lanes are in bad shape and you can avoid all of the roots by simply driving around. If you want high pace and hit a root you'll fly, but thats your prob and no reason to crowd the streets with 10-20ppl what makes the whole situation much more dangerous for everyone, when a bike lane is right next to a steeet where you're allowed to go 100km/h.

Thank you for the information.
