Quarantined thanks to an exposure at the job I’ve had 2 months, now regretting that job even though I love it. Still waiting on stupid covid results. I’ve had the same low grade fever every night for 5 days and mild shortness of breath. Covid or anxiety, whatever it is sucks.

For me the anxiety drives the depression. If I get the anxiety under control the depression kind of calms down. Good luck to you in yours.

You never beat depression. Even the meds that work don’t work forever. Don’t give up.
