Welded mount to existing column. Made loading pin to hold weight. Should work for lat pull down as well (w/seat added)

3x4x1/4” angle mount. Sandblasted and powder coated.

Uphill stringer weld w/ .045 dual shield MIG.

Bent a bar for carabiner mount point, basing pulley from hardware store, steel rubber coated cable. A higher quality pulley w a bearing would be better. I’ll prob keep this oiled for less resistance on wheel.

Bent 2” tube with work tube bender for ergonomic triceps push bar, fab’d mount tab, welded w/ .035 hardwire 100% CO2 MIG stringers. (Need another carabiner)

Added end caps and rounded edges. Will make a pronated grip lat pull down bar, neutral close grip and wide grip bar for back development and those that can’t yet do pull-ups.

Get a garage door pulley, that's what I used for mine. It works really well
