Guten Tag!
My fav coworker is retiring, and I want to write “QUITTER!” on his beautifully decorated cake at his party. He lived in Germany for many years and is fluent. I took it in high school and college, and I am definitely not fluent.
If I wanted to express the same sentiment in German, what would be the best translation?

Abbrecher oder Drückeberger wären adequate Übersetzungen. (Abbrecher or Drückeberger would be plausible translations.) (If you want to keep the meaning of someone quitting something easily.)

Thanks again! I put the order in today, and coincidentally the woman I was working with had taken German in high school. So, she didn’t balk at it or the umlauts or anything. 😂
