Loki the 2000$ kitten
Everyone this is Loki. My wife took him into our home nearly 3 years ago.

After eating 3 feet of yarn
My wife came home one day to see Loki choking on some yarn. (She crochet's). To say the least, she was a little freaked out and for good reason. We both work in the medical field so she knew not to yank it out, but rather cut it, and let him finish swallowing it.
Aftermath
Loki swallowed nearly 3 feet of yarn.
Over $2000 later, and nearly 2 hours in the operating room, we were finally allowed to see our little fuzzball.

Sadly this cat still has a death wish. Because every piece of string / yarn that comes in sight, he makes off like the flash and tries eating it... every...single....time.
