Based on the USS Cerritos model by metlesitsfleetyards https://www.deviantart.com/metlesitsfleetyards/art/USS-Cerritos-853555832
I took the model, scaled it to 1/1400 scale, and broke it up, adding slots so the pieces fit together more akin to a scale model kit to make printing more cost-effective
The nacelles and the secondary hull were printed by https://www.incept3d.com
Due to the saucer’s size (nearly 9.5” across and nearly 2 pounds) I printed with 3DPnxt out of China, via https://craftcloud3d.com
The connector pins were printed for free at my local library.
Everything except the pins were printed in resin since it provides high detail and a nice smooth surface. The connectors were standard PLA. Not nearly as finely detailed or smooth but they won’t be visible so it doesn’t really matter
All I need now is to have someone print the decals, just the name/registry and the Starfleet insignia for the nacelles. I’d print them myself but printing in white is beyond everyday consumer’s capabilities ?

Holy crap, the Cali class is enormous!

Compared to the TOS Ent, definitely! I think it might still fall on the larger side of TNG era ships but it also has a ton of empty space

Such a big ship, you'd think they could save a hallway and spare some quarters.

lol I guess that would depend on how big a crew it carries. It’s also a bit of a workhorse without a ton of recreational space like the Ent D
