Given what we know about Trump's lifelong defiance of the law, the judge involved in this should order a 24/7 armed guard of the Kennedy Center, with orders to arrest anybody driving heavy equipment in the vicinity of the Kennedy Center, and to impound the equipment itself.

To be clear what is "true" about this claim is that a single lawyer for the plaintiff on the KC lawsuit wrote in a court document that "I saw a forklift carrying what appeared to be a more permanent form of fencing drive over to the north side of the building. I saw the forklift run into and hit the pillars on the building several times." There is no further context or video available of this occurring (why a lawyer wouldn't film something like this happening repeatedly is beyond me).

It's also important to note that there are NO pictures of the alleged damage to the building either during or after the alleged incident. It's also extremely common for people to exaggerate or even lie in court documents and rarely get prosecuted for it. For all we know the forklift could have been trying to navigate a tight space and lightly brushed the pillars a few times without causing any meaningful damage.
I would encourage people to be more skeptical of unverified claims like this.
