Technically this isn't quite the end of stage two, Plutonium Fuel Cells ready to go into some powerplants, that's relatively easy though. But how did it get here?

This is a "small" (haha) powerplant, with the plan to eventually put out 10 Ficsonium Fuel Rods per minute. 13 power plants for the first phase. To feed them we need:

4 Manufacturers producing Encased Uranium cells

I went a little silly with the overflow and inflow buffers, but it makes it easy to see where there's a backup, or input failure.

With a few exceptions (the nitrogen pipe at the top being a good example) most materials for this plant are being brought in by drones, because I've never really worked with drones before.

These three mans (overclocked, really it's 4.44) turn the cells into rods. Those rods go to the power plants and make power and waste! Lots of waste.

This is the first stage of waste processing, 2 kinds of acid plus a little extra uranium converts waste into non-fissile uranium, with some extra water.

I've got a wet concrete system here to use any excess water from the previous step so it never backs up (plus I need concrete later)

Of in the distance is "temporary" radioactive product storage. Once everything is in place these "buffers" will be moved to more rational placements, but for now it's good to have all the radiation in one place. JK it's everywhere.

It's plutonium time - This process is mostly a lot simpler, not needing any water.

I was originally going to bring some products in by train but decided not to.

I'm slowly building the exterior for factories.

Sometimes (most times) I get a little silly.

I was building a little observatory and 3 hogs managed to climb up here so I put up a statue - they haven't spawned close enough since.

So much mess to deal with ... later.

I built this building front today (needed a break from logistics) and am pretty happy with it.

Also did a little more on this building (only half done though).

the setup of pipes and convs is great. just the concrete site looks a bit sloppy when you compare it. have you thought about putting some pipes into the ground? like place a 4m foundation and use a 1m foundation next to it, then place the pipes on the 1m to where you need them. once its done replace the 1m with 4m and everything is neat and almost invisible

I never thought of using vertical buffers for visibility. Good idea.

Don't forget about needing security. A star shaped footprint with a BRE in every corner and point would be easy to defend. You'll need a sally port. And an IDS with the protected area inside. Don't forget the second layer that defines your vital area.
