Yes, because exiting the EU loses the UK a lot of legal protections, we'd no longer be covered by the EU's Charter of Fundamental Rights.

This basically means no Freedom from Torture, being held without trial, no right to privacy, freedom from slavery etc. So yes Liberty dies.
