I submitted a personal story there about how the bank I use got robbed when I was in college (the robber wrote the note on the back of one of his own personal checks). At least one person in the comments insisted that the story had to be fake because it included the detail that it was the bank my bank account is with.

One customer tried to bring his laptop in for service. The keyboard had fucking pea soup under it and obviously it had gotten to the mobo too. When questioned about it, they claimed nothing had happened and they expected to get it fixed under warranty. (Narrator: they did not get it fixed under warranty)

Yeah we had one guy send his "faulty" graphics card back. Obvious/visible liquid damage, sticky and smelt of coffee. Turned out the idiot was blowing his coffee flavoured vape through his PC because it "looked so cool". He wasn't happy when I told him the warranty didn't cover damage caused by the user...
