Pretty amazing skills. I was never much of a welder ... partly because I was also not much of a fabricator.

6 years ago | Likes 132 Dislikes 1

Sounds like you were a fabricobbler

6 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

I am an amazing welder, mostly because I am a story fabricator.

6 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

You liar! This comment isn't made of fabric!

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I laid out a fine tapestry of my amazing welds.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Front of what?

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The flanges of the two i-beams.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

This is why people should shut their mouths. The flange thats obscured is double v'd (1/3d outside, 2/3d inside). The flange that is shown..

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Good welders need good fitters. Is that spray arc? Looks like single pass. Nice.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I didnt weld it just fabricaticated the member. Not sure what his settings are, but he runs a high voltage and wire speed so im guessing so.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Glad that you take pride in your work, more people should.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Thank you. I love my job, so that helps

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

3.6 ton. Manage to get three completed last week. Three different welders welded one each. Kinda job where you cant just favbricate it all a

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

@Ipooptoomuch why not just pause it? And @saulandange6 are you positive your penetrating the base metal?

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Yea everything is ultrasound tested. Ang lack of fusion hets picked up by that.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Jeez that was retarded lol. *yea everything gets ultra sound tested. Any lack of fusion gets picked up by that

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Out of curiosity, how do you plan to move it? You guys have trucks? I'm a freight broker, I arrange logistics n stuff.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Its a large company. After paint it will be loaded onto a truck probably three stacked on top of eachother and transported to site.
