Fellow imgurian asked for pictures of Cows, and I worked on a farm for 2 years. Disclaimer: not all cows.

That’s one of our cows, she got out of the pasture and we were trying to figure out how to get her and her calf back in.

And here we can see Button the calf. It seems silly that I feel bothered by not remembering the mother’s name

This is Pony the cat. A number of the farm hands thought we should get a pony, and after a while, the management gave in, sort of.

She would often sleep in my windowsill (not sure that’s quite the word but whatever)

And here we see the noble, the regal, the fluffier then thow chicken. They simply wandered the farm and came home to roost at night.

I had to mess with the light balance to make this calf even slightly visible. I think her name was Cardigan

The tin coop. Where we keep about 40 chickens at night.

Can’t really tell but I remember taking this picture and those are sheep in the distance. Or goats.

The tin coop, again, coincidentally in the same place as my last picture of it which was taken over a week earlier.

After the fog cleared from the hilltop it was still covering the valleys. You can see the tops of hills poking out like islands.

The regal chicken returns. I believe this is Salt the rooster. Not every chicken has a name, but the ‘special’ ones did

Curly and Moe, two Yaks. When feeding them you needed to hand them each a bowl at the same time or curly would scare Moe away

Though cows usually graze in herds, this one was separate from the group.

That’s Artemis. One of our milk goats who tolerates being hugged. Not the best at selfies though.

All pictures from here out are of the ranch, a separate location in Arkansas. They are raising pigs there

The goats name is Thorin, I don’t remember the persons name.

That’s nimbus and Nora, a kid and a lamb. We don’t usually bottle feed the lambs, but Nora’s mother wasn’t making milk. She was raised with the goat kids.

I too would take our royalty for a stroll around their domain.

A small smile on a fence

Stormy, one of our smaller milk goats. She was lovely but the other goats were mean to her. She would often squeeze through the electric fence and graze nearby. She even would sit on the solar charger to reduce the power first. If anyone walked over to try to get her back inside she would pop in the fence and stare back at us

Danny, Thorin, Forrest and Mushu got out, But a little bit of sweet grain in a bucket and they followed me back home

Nora says Hello.

No cute animals, just bizarre lights in the sky. Probably “god rays” during sunset, but shooting up because the sun is under the horizon. That’s my explanation
