It’s safer to just move. There may have only been 1 or 2 other ppl on the car and I don’t know if they realized what was going on. Confronting him as a single female with a young child may have escalated the situation while stuck on a moving train.

I’m 31 and still run into this. What’s crazy is how “brush it under the rug” the country is. I walked into an elevator to deliver something to a client at like 1pm, I smiled when entering and said hi to the man in the elevator with me. He asked me what floor I was going to when the doors closed and I felt weird and said a client is waiting at the door. He waited until my floor then said bye and reached to hug me and when I tried to step back he came forward and pulled me back inside by force.

Any way you could get that person booted from the building? Maybe footage from where it happened shown to owner? (Sounds like client doesn't own it).

He pulled me in and held me and my butt against his crotch; it was disgusting. I went to the client told them, we called building management; the wing of the building I was in was being “remodeled” and they had no functioning cameras that day. They pretty much said they couldn’t help because no proof and no “harm” (cause my mental trauma doesn’t count) helped me put in a generic report to police of xxx description male did xxx.
