Ready Player One question...

Apr 19, 2018 3:33 PM

Just saw the movie last night, haven't read the book yet but will soon. I was just wondering why on earth the bad guys were called sixers when they all have 5 written in binary stamped on there faces and everything they use?

They explained it in the movie. It's because they all have a number on their chest that's either 6 digits or starts with a 6. Can't remember

IOI employees in the division are nicknamed Sixers, after their six-digit employee numbers that also begin with the number 6.
