I hear it's National Puppy Day

In honor of National Puppy Day

I present to you a picture of the moment I got my first dog on my 4th birthday back in 1995.

Her name was Pongo

I named her Pongo because before my parents came home with her I was watching 101 Dalmations. My mother pleaded that I should name her "Perdita" instead of Pongo because she was a girl, but even as a 4 year old I knew that name was lame. I had her until I was 18 years old and she was a very good girl.
