Being a Dem and living in Texas requires a lot of frustration management. I wrote 600 postcards for Beto, have made hundreds of calls, and trained as a poll watcher and have done several shifts. I can't do any more and yet it doesn't look like enough Texans are early voting.

You don't need to be an early voter. You just need to vote. Anytime by end of the day November 8th is fine.

After doom scrolling read this guy, he is reporting on actual data vs polls. Something doesn’t match. https://twitter.com/SimonWDC

A fretful watcher from New Jersey. I know, New Jersey. I’m rooting for you. I hope it helps.

I also live in a deeply red state. Been attacked here as well. If the GOP wins the midterms. I do fear for my life. I've been laughed at (1)

for saying so. But they've said what they want to do with people like me. And I believe them. I don't want to die in a camp. (2)

Really miss the days where elections led to just mild disappointment if your guy lost. I'm so tired of the future of humanity hinging on it.

3 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

Right? I’ve always voted, but I never really got worked up about it. Until now.

#1 Texas can be changed blue. It’s time to change the course of politics.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I read as of yesterday Rs early voters were lower than in 2020 in Texas as well as nationally

The UK sends it's best wishes for change, we're right along there with you!

Early voted today. This pic is everything I wanted to see.

I voted early on the first day, but it sounds like we are still below 2020 numbers. PLEASE get out and vote, Blue Texans!

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Why don't you vote with your feet and go somewhere that aligns with your values?

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Dem all the way down y'all.

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Early voter too, and texan, and female.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Fellow Texan here. I'm another early blue voter. The GQP can get bent in Texas.

Texan here…last day to early vote in Dallas county. Took my mom in a stupid heavy rain storm. 1/2

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Had to go to the only voting site available, no hc parking, people blocking drop off. We did it, even pulling wheelchair out trunk in rain

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Arkansan here. We're pulling for y'all. If y'all in Texas can pull this off it means means anyone can. I need this hope. ?? Please.

Took 6 people with me to go early vote! We got this!

I moved in TX but they never moved my registration. Called 8 times, responded a day after the cutoff… so I voted in my old town, oh well!

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I went the second day and was encouraged that the parking lot was full and how quickly they were moving the line. Barely took 2 minutes

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Wife and I registered and voted blue early in Texas. Thank you for all you have done to help out. We joke that no one polled us afterwords.

If you voted republican, feel free to put it snuggly up your ass.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You did what you could. Hold your head high. I’ll b happy to fight along side you in Civil War 2: electric boogaloo

3 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

So many republican judges running unopposed. :-(

3 years ago | Likes 83 Dislikes 1

Literally the only position that is opposed in my area is the House. Some positions don't even have enough candidates to fill the seats.

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I was a little horrified when I saw that.

3 years ago | Likes 27 Dislikes 0

And why TF were Republicans listed first for every office on the ballot? I voted Blue down the ballot. Fuck the GQP.

3 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Disappointing but understandable no one would want to put themselves at risk of being murdered for an unwinnable seat in a deep red district

Bingo

You did enough. Fight still, but you did enough. And if it goes south? 1/2
