This is my siblings, my gramma, and myself
Just over a week ago, my gramma (intentional misspelling) passed. I have lost a number of friends and a number of other family members. This is by far the most difficult. I miss this woman more than I ever thought I would. I am noticing that my depression is "flaring" up and I feel helpless to do anything about it.
Some people say, "It gets easier." I have never believed that. I have always thought that you just get stronger, and damn do I hope I am stronger than this.

Find a therapist ASAP. Depression makes you less emotionally resilient and you've suffered huge losses. Don't be ashamed to ask for help.
