Saw an image in a discarded wall panel and I decided to try and bring it out
Mixed-media latex house paint, acrylic, & chalk pastel. This decorative art panel had a high-contrast silkscreened closeup of a motorcycle track racer in a heavy lean, but the owner was redecorating so he tossed it. It's stretched linen over a pine frame. But before he tossed it on the trash pile, he used it to remove the last bit of beige paint from a roller, effectively erasing the image that had been there and unknowingly creating the suggestion of a different picture altogether. It's kind of a superimposition of a couple spacecraft taking off from a very dusty planet, and some poor sucker enduring hellacious momentary g-forces. Or something. I titled it "Terminal Velocity," then I decided I hated it and destroyed it. Blank page now.

Pretty cool, especially how it came to be. Sorry you destroyed it.

Thanks, me too. It wouldn't have been impossible to drop in a foreground of some blocky buildings or a silhouetted desert environment down at the bottom just to kill the excessive dust clouds and break it up some more but somehow I just couldn't see it. Piece failed. Depression is an angry master. Peace.
