My friend (and some of his friends) have made a discord server that does scp lectures kinda like TheVolgun does, if you know him (I highly recommend watching some of his content if not, it's awesome). We'df3sare take requests and we'd "hire" people to be lecturers to read off the requested documents in different voice channels. Since we're very new we're not completely setup yet so please keep in mind that changes will be made as needed. Since this is the case, we're looking for people willing to volunteer as a lecturers so we can get these "lessons" started up.
Or, if you're new to scp and it's lore this is a perfect opportunity to learn in a simple way.
