Plants can’t eat that:

I’m annoyed that this bag of shredded sticks the only thing available in California if you’re trying to grow plants. This isn’t soil, it’s garbage that plants cannot eat. Everybody uses it in their garden thinking it’s great because it says soil on the bag, but it’s not. It’s not even close to being compost. I don’t know who needs to hear this but, please stop passing this garbage as soil.
