So 1 of our cats has been over grooming her belly. Vet said normal, maybe anxiety, though this cat lives the life. We are considering options if it doesn’t improve. I say cone, or maybe something like this. My wife is thinking onesie. She’s not going to like either of those. Any input from my fellow cat lovers?
I have the exact opposite experience. Every cat we put an inflatable donut on got out of it. We had a cat vest for one of our cats that kept overgrooming, and it stayed on with no problem. The cat in question:

The onesie idea, while good in theory and they have ones specifically for cats, I've never known a cat who couldn't get out of one really fast.
I'd say go the donut route.
