false comparisons much. while the dmg itself is comparable the dmg caused by one was a direct attack, while the other was mishandling highly explosive material. the cause of the china one was over heated nitrocellulose, which has a flash point of 160c. as well as safety regulations related to distance from stored hazardous materials. and had been operating w/o a hazardous material permit for almost a year illegally. as well as what could only realistically be considered tampered records. 1/2
