look man. i have cats, i love my cats. when my old girl (my companion for nearly 18 years) passed. i had her cremated and built a little shrine to her in my bedroom, because well she was my kitty. and even i think wtf that shit in the video is is just *way too weird*.
I had a nightmare AirBnB experience that began with the homeowner pointing to a picture of a one-eyed cat on her refrigerator and then telling me “First, I want to introduce you to my cat Oscar. He’s passed on”. Things only got worse from there.
Of course! The host warned me that the neighbors were noisy. What she didn’t tell me was that the neighbors blared their television all night long, were adjacent to my room, and that the wall between me and them was paper thin. I didn’t get much sleep. I thought this was bad enough… until one night, when I was changing into my pajamas, I started to hear someone standing right outside of my window telling me that he liked my ass. Turns out, there was a fire escape/catwalk connecting the
noisy neighbors’ apartment and the host’s apartment that enabled them to see into my window, which only had a cheap blind window covering. I came to her to report the issue and she refused to believe me. “He’s just smoking a cigarette” she said. I insisted and so she angrily nailed a sheet to the wall to cover the window. I was too horrified to recount the experience by writing a review and so I tried to forget about it… and then the bitch left me a bad review instead.
She was clearly crazy. It was like 8 years ago and now it’s really just a story that I can tell that people will remember forever just because of how bizarre and fucked up it is. I love telling stories and I think that’s a pretty good one.
