Workout Wednesday?!

Just a quick progress update on: http://imgur.com/gallery/RhWFm Maintenance is hard, guys. So hard. Further progress feels just barely possible. I kinda took it easy all summer and gained a little weight back. Tryna work it off now. Added in some kickboxing which btw is crazy hard and fun.

Is this a Hamilton quote?

Unfortunately not. Should I change my username to @sincerecompliments?

You should have just lied I would never have known it wasn’t a Hamilton quote. ;)

I track my macros, and I limit my calorie intake but I am not following a specific diet or cutting out food groups

Also do a lot of different things. I lift three days a week and do cardio the others, try to get in as much activity as I can

Yes I think anything where you’re completely cutting something out can’t be sustained. But lots of people seem to succeed with it.
