Before anything. I had this in my favorites and it isn’t mine so credit goes to the original. I know things somtimes aren’t what they seem, but one thing I keep in mind is the we give best what we need the most. So even if it’s for a little while, be the person you needed the most in your toughest times. Don’t be ashamed to take that step. Don’t give up. You deserve love and also give love to others but remember that you aren’t perfect and in this world we live in now is so set on criticizing that we forget we have virtues and gifts. You can do many great things and yet some people will solely look for the mistakes. Don’t let them convince you that those flaws are the only visible thing. They aren’t. You can always improve but it most be you yourself that takes that step. Find yourself and don’t forget those that helped you on your journey

I worked in a mental ward for 8 years. I've learned so many things about people such as this. Finding the beauty within the struggles.

I spent some time in a treatment center. Though I don't miss how I felt at the time, I miss the realness of the interactions I had.
