New doctor does not equal continued story line. Usually its a new one that has no baring on the previous ones other than the universe its in

You can find the first doctor on YouTube... Tom Baker is best but start with pertwee.

Start with the 9th Doctor. Seems most logical.

start with the ninth doctor. stop with the ninth doctor.

Most people start at the beginning of things.

Why is Matt Smith staring at me with those 'I want to rape you' eyes?

You were asking for it by writing such a slutty comment

Most people I know recommend to start with the 9th or 10th Doctor if you've never really watched it before.

The beginning. duh. People laud the new doctors but fuck 'em. It's like starting star wars on episode 5.

9th Doctor. 2005 reboot. Episode is called "Rose". My wife is going back and watching all the old episodes but some of them are TERRIBLE.

And a lot of the episodes from the first 3 doctors are "reconstructions" due to lost footage. Think "Doctor Who in Powerpoint"

I don't really watch this show either. But it seems a good place to start is the season with the guy third from the right.

I'd start with the 2005 reboot. That way you get to feel like you "earned" all the Doctors, but it's still got modern production values.

Start with 9 (pretty much the first episode on netflix) and then if you stay interested, you can go back and watch classic who (1)

which has a similar feel, but different at the same time... I think it would be harder to start with classic who tbh (2/2)

9th doctor is by far the most fun.

start with six feet under, scrubs then breaking bad and mad men.

and keep moving until you don't want to start watching this dreadful series.

True detective, boardwalk empire, house of cards. Community, even new girl. Instead of this crap..
