I think it's a bit hard to find them, compared to Steam at least. Steam keeps pushing adult games at me in recommendations, while GOG doesn't seem to do that.

I should reinstall the launcher.... I just got so tired during COVID where every AAA dev said 'i gotta make my own launcher' so now there's 15 game launchers and who the fuck knows which one you bought the game. There really aren't that many normal games that come out knowing they're 18+. Publishers will move heaven and earth to get them at LEAST 16+. Most of the other games that deserve 18+ are unrated because the studio is too small or they're one trick ponies to the point of having no playerbase. Hence most of that rating is horny games, with a few horrors/gore shooters and random vulgarity sprinkled in. Sniper Elite 5 isn't 18 plus and you get to see Hitler's singular testicle in that. And shoot it.

The rest are just meh, from what I know. Mostly adult visual novels which is fine, whatever. I'm not into the software they used for the models. They look uncanny valley and seems most the adult novels use them.

It can be tough to find adult games that have a combination of fetishes, art style and gameplay you like, but there are definitely some high quality titles out there. Some adult games I've kept playing just for the gameplay because I didn't care for the porn but really enjoyed the mechanics. Some VNs have fantastic stories/writing and the sex is just a cherry on top. But there's a lot of slop to dig through to find your gems.

Can you tell me specific genres/mechanics you enjoy? I’ve been trying a lot of demos and short games in the past couple years rather than committing to full games, so I wouldn’t know where to start. One example if you like deck-building would be Tamer Vale, where the porn did nothing for me but I really enjoyed the difficulty curve and trying different builds with each character. Or Tales of the Moon is a shockingly well designed point-and-click, but still in development.
