What Sarah said was they finally have enough people on staff to police all the NSFW stuff posted; why is that the first thing they choose to do with the extra people? Can imgur really not hire programmers instead to fix both apps, stop multiple comment postings, or add productive features to the site like filtering? The money potential for being one of the most visited sites on the internet has got to be pretty decent but they either seem to have trouble collecting it or just don't know where to more properly spend it.
