Yep. They're usually all over Calico Tanks trail at Red Rock NRA and it's fuck ugly and distracts from the cairns for wayfinding.

It does depend on the ecosystem, and the amount of rocks. People taking fish nesting sites out of streams to make rock stacks is a problem.
