Nah, it's probably spring/summer. There's also a large mirror up on the mountain to bring in some more light

There are no leaves on the tree. There is a lot of sand by the edge of the road. This suggests it's not yet spring, and snow has recently melted. So we're talking sometime between February and April

And the mirror only shines on the square itself which is on the right side of the street from this picture. It doesn't light up the whole town which this picture shows. So yea. Late winter to early spring is a more accurate prediction
