There have been only a couple of those made, this is likely to be the only one in Europe. I assembled and painted it in the scheme of Wolf's Dragoons Alpha Galaxy. It's not articulated and I'm not good enough to paint it yet, but I see your Marauder and raise you a 14:95 scale Timberwolf. (Not sure if the scale calc is correct, it's a 420% upscale from classic mini size (1:285))

You probably are good enough to paint it. Don't be afraid to try! It may not end up like the instagram posts (or the fantastic paint job on OP's mech) but I bet it will be pretty good and you'll be happy with it.

It's an official Catalyst Game Labs model, it's not printed. They've made only a couple of those and sold them at Adepticon this year. Hopefully there will be more in the future.

I fiddled with it a little bit to max the size I could get out of it (I could actually get to 437% but 420 was easier to remember) and also did some work to hollow it and add drains. Still takes nearly a whole bottle of resin.

MadCat is the Inner Sphere name for it, Clan name is Timberwolf :-)

Yes. Depending on inner sphere and clan. Clans actually had multiple words for the Timber Wolf.

Clans called it the Timberwolf, they designed it. Inner Sphere had no idea what it was and their targeting computers couldn't decide between calling it a marauder or a catapult, and would keep flipping the name as it retargeted it. Hence the inner sphere pilots referred to it as the MAD-CAT.

I suppose you must have joined the love of mechwarrior while the return of the clans weren't covered as much. The whole story of Karensky and the star league leaving the inner sphere, creating a network of tribes who are seriously messed up, and then them returning to the inner sphere is a hell of a timeline.
