Portland, Oregon? Pretty much just Comcast. Maybe Frontier depending on your area, but I hear they're not much better.

IT admin here. In P-Town, it's sadly Comcast as your choice. CenturyLink is terrible, and so is Integra. Go cable.

I went with frontier and have had nothing but problems since day 1. Luckily no contract so time to start shopping again

there are other non-wired options like WiMax and line of sight microwave ISPs all over PDX. I'd personally go Comcast :-(
