Am I giving up or quitting? Hell no! The gym right next door to the hospital I work at has opened up for limited access. I plan to go twice a day on workdays Walk (eventually run) a mile in the morning, and workout a body part during lunch. I might take a few videos and post them as I modify my workout (and as always, I greatly appreciate any and all feedback on how to properly do some of them if I am doing them incorrectly)
My next post will probably be what my opening routine is. I plan to add an exercise to each group once a month. Maybe I'll keep a log on my weight as well. *shrug* We'll see.
This is your local imgurian fatass, signing off! (For at least a week)

Hope you did not abandon your training course

Straight leg raises might be a good addition to your routine. They'll target your quads and hip flexors.

Fucking get it @op!!! Nice work!

You're doing fantastic, #OP. You might want to change from sit-ups to planks. I've read that sit-ups are bad for your back.

Maybe if you pull your head forward when you're going up, or if you go into lumbar kyphosis, but otherwise they're fine.

Thanks for the clarification. :)
