Likely companies are to try to appease China. This is good because we don't want our stuff to have to clear Chinese censors and we need 2/3

To make it clear to companies that it is us or them, they cant have both and if they try we get them banned in China. 3/3

Seems to me that even if your plan works out like you hope, it changes nothing in China. But if it will make you feel better.
