This doesn't mean anything, because he already has immunity by virtue of being rich and powerful in the USA, where we never punish the rich and powerful. The reason the court cases are moving so slowly is because nobody actually wants to punish him, they're stalling so he's either reelected or drops dead of old age before they have to set a precedent that the rich and powerful are subject to consequences.
