STL from Land of Mountain on Cults3D. Printed on an Elegoo Mars 3 (was originally going to be fdm, but it failed so I decided to just print it out of resin since all pieces were small in profile). Theres a 5/16” rod (36” long) running down the middle for strength and weight.
I will note the props artist for Expedition 33 posted each of her weapons onto Artstation a week ago, so sadly this prop is already outdated!! I plan on remaking the rapier, just not anytime soon.

Looks amazing, thats what I like about resin printers - details come out really good. But if not cured correctly it will be fragile. I made a lot of mistakes with mine. Pro tip if you scratch transparent film in the tray dont try to diy with something else. Ordered replacement films and still tried to replace it with heavy duty ziplock. Laser made holes in it, resin leaked in and destroyed my printer

My old resin printer I left resin in the vat too long. It leaked into the screen and parts. GG lol.

Just replaced my NFEP after a dimple appeared on mine. Thankfully, only a tiny amount had leaked through, and it scraped off easily. My first 3d printer was a smaller anycubic that leaked, and the screen didn't have a protective film over it. Rookie mistake on my part, but there simply is no way to save that screen.
I've heard of some people trying to patch a hole with transparent tape before, but not a zip lock. That's a new one for me!

Yeah I didnt patch it, removed entire film and cut ziploc to match the size. Since tray has screws you can actually replace just the sheet instead of entire tray. It just has to be an actual film

Wait, if you removed the screws on the tray, why not just replace with an actual FEP? You already took it apart, that's half the work right there.
