When using a stud finder it is imperative that you first point it at yourself, wait for the beep, and say, "Yep, it's working." Many jobs have failed because this step was omitted.

Snap Toggle Bolts. They hold around 250lbs anchored in drywall. Also, you have studs, but backer board & drywall will make finding them hard

Update, there is a stud, it's (unsurprisingly) on the line where all the holes are drilled, but they caused the stud finder to "bump" & miss

so to make as few holes as possible, get a piece of 3/4 plywood cut to the size of the mount, screw the plywood into the stud with some beafy lags, attach the mount to the plywood and hang your tv
