I did a thing! :D

I posted about the film a while back right before we shot it (https://imgur.com/gallery/Xyc2IqJ), now it's all done and doing well!

We're in 11 festivals as of today, hopefully with more to come! We've been Semi-Finalists and Finalists for a few. We're currently Nominated for Best Horror, Best Director, Best Editor, Best Actress, and Best Supporting Role! But most importantly WE WON TWO AWARDS!!!! One for Best Makeup and one for Best Horror!

Our beautiful poster!

For more about the film see our website or check it out on IMDB! It's not available publicly until after we finish the festival circuit, but if there's enough interest on here I'll post the link to it when the time comes :)

For the 10 people that see this thanks for checking it out! This was my MA graduation project from The London Film School, I'm hoping to use it to launch my Directing career or even get the chance to do this as a feature film, but for now I'm just so happy to see the cast and crew recognised for all their hard work. People really have no idea just how hard making a film is, especially with little resources and no film industry family members. If anyone is curious I'd love to answer any questions, if there's anyone who's stuck or struggling with something similar I would love to help you. Never let anyone tell you that you can't do something, I hit so many walls being a female horror Director, but now I know I can do this and you can too.

Thanks Imgur for keeping my smiling while I pushed this boulder up a mountain :)

tldr: starting out female horror Director actually doesn't suck at this and all the men who told her she couldn't do it can suck it
