Should cash bail be eliminated?

Take away cash bail and the government will just tax you more so they don't lose any money from no longer being handed bail.

It's not the bail issue as a problem, the have taken away the judges discretion to weigh factors and impose a bail where clearly warranted

That's why they can impose no bail where the accused will stay incarcerated until their trial.

That wasn’t added into the law. They are still bound by the 8th amendment, so now arson, assault, burglary, all fall under no cash bail.
